Shipping policy
WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: February 26th, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to approved wholesale customers purchasing through venumb2b.com or directly from DBV Distribution Inc. (“Venum”).
1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing time is separate from transit time.
All orders ship from our distribution partner located in:
Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
2. SHIPPING METHODS
Orders may be shipped via:

UPS Ground
-
UPS Freight / LTL
-
DHL (for international orders)
-
Or another carrier selected by Venum at its discretion
Carrier selection is based on order size, weight, and destination.
Venum reserves the right to consolidate shipments when applicable.
3. FREE FREIGHT (U.S. WHOLESALE ONLY)
Free standard ground shipping is available only for U.S. wholesale orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 USD or more (before taxes, discounts, credits, or promotional adjustments).
Orders under $150 USD:

Do not qualify for free shipping

Will be charged shipping at checkout or invoiced separately
Free shipping does not apply to:

Expedited shipments
-
Palletized freight unless approved in writing

Oversized or special handling shipments
-
International orders
Venum reserves the right to select the carrier and service level for orders qualifying for free freight.
4. INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE SHIPPING
All international wholesale orders (including Canada and Mexico):

Are subject to shipping charges
-
Do not qualify for free shipping
-
May be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, and import regulations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer is responsible for all import-related charges.
5. SHIPPING TERMS – FOB ORIGIN
All wholesale shipments are FOB Origin – Las Vegas, Nevada.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the Customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier.
The Customer is responsible for:

Filing freight claims
-
Transit damage claims
-
Loss claims
-
Shipment insurance (if desired)
6. DELIVERY & DAMAGE CLAIMS
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Upon receipt of shipment, Customer must:

Inspect goods immediately
-
Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt
-
Notify Venum within five (5) business days of any shortages or discrepancies
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
All freight claims for transit damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order placement.
Additional fees resulting from:

Address corrections
-
Re-delivery attempts
-
Refused shipments
-
Storage fees
will be charged to the Customer.
8. SHIPPING DELAYS
Venum is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier service disruptions
-
Weather conditions
-
Customs clearance
-
Port congestion
-
Force majeure events
-
Incorrect shipping information provided by Customer
