Refund policy
What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final. Under no circumstances will returns, exchanges, or refunds be accepted. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all purchases are non-cancellable (after 1 hour from purchase time) and non-refundable.
Warranty -
All products provided are subject only to the limited warranty set forth below. We warrant solely that products delivered will materially conform to the specifications of the order at the time of delivery.
The customer must inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Any claims relating to defects, damage, shortages, or non-conformity must be submitted in writing to contact.us@venum.com within two (2) weeks of delivery. Failure to provide such notice within this period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the products and a waiver of any claims.
In the event of a timely and valid claim for a defective product, we reserve the sole and absolute right, at our discretion, to determine the appropriate remedy. Such remedy shall be limited exclusively to either (i) replacement of the defective product, subject to availability, or (ii) issuance of a credit at our discretion. No other remedies shall apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.
